The task is this. My company has social networks where advertisements are published by moderators according to the schedule.
I want to make a calendar where my employees can create events (book ad slots) in a way that everyone can see. How to implement this?

I created a new calendar with full access for all participants, but no one sees each other's events anyway.

An alternative option is to create a Universal List and keep a schedule there. There is no visibility (there is no calendar view), but there are no less advantages - for example, you can hang a PSU, tighten the coordination, etc.
