How to organize a budget videoconferencing?
Good afternoon.
There was a task: To organize a room for videoconferences.
The purpose of the room: "Live" communication with remote workers, partners, suppliers and customers.
Budget: 250,000 rubles.
All video should be displayed on a 48-60" screen, the cost of which is also included in the budget.
The equipment should be hidden from the eyes of users as much as possible.
How best to organize all this?
The budget is clearly not in favor of iron videoconferencing solutions. Software solutions also experience difficulties, since should be free and accessible to outsiders (eg clients)
Room ~16 m2
Currently I am thinking about:
- Skype
- FullHD TV
- FullHD camera Possibly PTZ;
- Speakerphone on the table;
- Wireless keyboard/mouse;
- One Mac Mini to rule it all .
Pros:
+ Cheap and cheerful;
+ Good picture quality (compared to projectors);
+ Mac Mini should pull FullHD and at the same time hide behind the TV.
Cons:
-Uncomfortable;
-Looks like crap.
I will be glad to any remarks.
Thank you for your attention.

Instead of Skype, you can consider BlueJeans.
Display 55", mac mini, logitech group / logitech connect - A good set for a budget software videoconferencing.
