We set the task to make a video broadcast from one room to another at a distance of about 60m. The bottom line is that in one small room there is a seminar with an examination of the patient, and in another room students should see him.
There is a projector and a laptop, there is no Internet there and never will be, that's all.
How can I solve this problem, what to buy?
I had an idea to buy a router, a conference camera or a good webcam, a microphone, another laptop, connect it all to one laptop, stretch the network, and use obs and vlc to broadcast video to another computer.
Maybe you have better ideas?))

You don't have to reinvent the wheel.
Everything is done via SDI cable through two converters.
Camera HDMI >> SDI
SDI >> HDMI >> projector
There is a cheap option to look for hdmi over ethernet
