How can you implement the following:
Broadcast video from an offline webcam to the site.
Available:
Webcam (usual 1.3mpx usb), waffle.
You need to figure out from what and how this camera will be powered, and with what help it will broadcast video on the site on the wafer (at least display it on a laptop in real time).

You need an IP camera. This is the easiest and cheapest way.
Or you need a small computer, such as a Raspberry Pi + usb-wifi adapter.
