How to organize a backup?

I want to organize a backup of user files, folders and settings from all workstations to the server according to a given schedule. Server - Windows Server 2008 R2, workstations - Win7 & WinXP.
What is the best software solution for this? Also, it is desirable that copying could be done during the whole working day resident (without interfering with the user's work).

Try to deal with urbackup
All configuration is through the web interface, there are clients without a tray icon.

A very vague question. Start by asking yourself the following questions and try to answer them. How much data should be stored? How many workstations? What's the budget? How quickly do you need to recover data in case of loss? How long are you willing to lose data? Do I need to keep archive copies of data and for how long?
If you have money - look towards www.symantec.com/backup-appliance/. Very pleasant and reliable.

Well, something like this
https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_software_for_backup...
you can, for example, use Cobian Backup to make a backup
