How to optimize PDF fonts for Mac OS and Windows?

Here's the problem. Some program uploads a PDF file. It weighs 1.5Mb. Of these, 1.4Mb are embedded fonts. The task is to optimize the weight. There are two ways:
1) On a poppy through the automator. Everything compresses perfectly. But the problem is that the poppy does not initially see one image in the file, and therefore it is not on the output either. And I want to use the method through Windows, not poppy
2) I tried it on Windows through Adobe Acrobat Pro. There you can manually select cut fonts and which ones. I cut it out, everything is ok on Windows, on the poppy it is not displayed. It is not clear how then the poppy optimizes.
ps fonts included in the file: Times New Roman + Bold, Calibri, Arial + Bold.
