Why are some characters displayed incorrectly in chrome?

Some characters are not displayed correctly in browsers (tried different results, the same), it looks something like this:


I tried to change the fonts in the browser and the system completely to others, the font changes, but the problem remains. In this case, if you copy the "Curved" character from the browser and paste it into a text editor with the same font, the character is displayed correctly. I also noticed that the problem is not present on all sites, in some the characters are displayed correctly.
