Requests are all cached, everything is OK, but in the "Time" tab of django-debug-toolbar I see an unpleasant 600ms. I understand correctly that this is the time to render the template? Are there ways to parse and optimize it in more detail?
Or is it a front-end, and its optimization is no longer my task?

It is better to do it a little differently - put the old HDD into the optibay, and put the SSD in the place of the regular HDD. This way you can avoid performance losses and unnecessary SSD errors due to the adapter controller. In essence, the Samsung is better than the ones listed, although a little more expensive.
