I had 50GB for Ubuntu, the rest for Windows =)
You need to understand why you need Ubuntu.
There are no special programs for linux, unless you store something.
Enough 3 sections:
1. 15 gig per /.
2. 3-5 - swap. Still no longer used.
3. Rest /home. When reinstalling, you will not lose data. And if you ask such questions, there will be reinstallations. ;)
