How to open TCP\UDP ports on a router?
Hello!
The problem is this:
I use torrent clients, they download / distribute at a very poor speed. No matter how I open the torrent client settings, in the port section there is always a red indicator. Can you help me configure the TCP / UDP port that must be specified to the torrent client for unhindered download / distribution of data packets?
PS
MacOS Big Sur Router RX-23311C from Rostelecom
Thank you all for your attention and time.

If there is no white IP from the provider, there is nothing to open
Find the upNpn setting in the router and activate
In the torrent client, set the "random port"
It should work in theory
