Why did Windows 8.1 stop seeing a specific wireless network?

There is a laptop with Windows8.1 on board. One "beautiful" day, she flatly refused to connect to one of the wireless networks (in which she had worked for the past year and a half). Connects to others without problems. Laptop model Lenovo G710, wi-fi - access point TP-Link TL-WA801ND, above - Kerio Winroute Firewall.
The laptop also has Ubuntu16.04 installed - everything works fine there.
Broadcom module model bcm43142
What I did:
1. Removed the network - forget the network, manually profile from "Programm Data"
2. Removed the device without removing the drivers
3. Removed the device with the removal of the drivers, reinstalled the drivers
The most incomprehensible thing is that Wireshark is simply silent. That is, from the word at all. As if not a single packet had gone anywhere (of course, I didn’t use this program much, but I hope I’m doing it right because when I connect to another network, I see that “data is chasing”). Maybe there are M$ system logs somewhere, in which there is at least some infa about this? I couldn't find it. I'm asking for help, because I'm already just off my feet.
