How to open remote rtps stream from ip camera?

Tell me how to open a remote rtps stream? opened ports 80 and 554 on the router. The
ip of the camera in the router is registered - 192.168.1.107
I try to watch the stream through vlc, it gives an error:
This source cannot be opened:
VLC cannot open MRL ' rtsp://admin:[email protected]:554/ mpeg4 '. Look for more details in the log file.

If you watch locally via vlc rtsp://admin:[email protected]:554/mpeg4 , it doesn't give any errors and shows the picture from the camera.

ip is dynamic, but at the moment of checking it does not change
Where to dig?
