How to open PSD (Photoshop) / PXD (Pixelmator) on Android phone for editing?

There is a psd/pxd file that I would like to be able to edit from my phone. The content is simple: the first layer is a one-color background, the second layer is one-color text with some font.
There are a lot of viewers, but to edit layers is hard to find.

Can you imagine what kind of load it is? Especially if half of the smartphone's resources are gobbled up by Android itself.
And who would think of breaking their eyes on the phone, trying to edit something?
That's why you can't find it.
