How to open PSD in Figma?

Good day. Is it possible to import PSD files into Figma? And why are there noticeable display bugs when exporting to Figma in skethc format?

Slap the PSD into Sketch

Then drag the sketch into Figma

Honestly, for me, it's all complete nonsense to use. There is photoshop, it is better to open PSD layouts in it, since this is its native format, and it is not surprising that bugs occur in other programs. There is .sketch, so it's also better to open it in Sketche, the maximum can be imported into Avocode or Zeplin, since import into these programs is built into the sketch, which guarantees a more or less adequate result.
