How to open ports on two routers?

dRPslUJeYmY.jpgIn general, what is the problem. I have not been able to open ports on two routers for the second year now. From the first router (Rostelecom, has a white IP) there is a wire to the second one (D-Link Dir300). Data D-Link Dir300 eNufh6wHnXM.jpgPorts 8zJ_37Y2Epc.jpg

Actually, you need to open port 5000. I tried to connect directly (ie through Rostelecom bypassing Dir300). It turned out, but the trick is that then Wi-Fi does not work. And I need it to work. Guys, please help.

Do you have Dlink's external IP address - 192.168.1.1 ? Why forwarding to 192.168.1.2 then?
And on Dlink, in the forwarding rule, the internal IP must be from the 192.168.0 network, and the remote IP field must be empty.
