How to open ports on Mikrotik for sip?

Help the newbie, there are problems that incoming calls do not come to telephony.
We rent numbers from Bitrix, that is, the telephony server is also theirs, I found an article on the Bitrix help desk https:// helpdesk.bitrix24.ru/open/1272906/ .
I configured the rules in the firewall 60393d9fda340376947099.jpeg
. Here are the rules for the packets, in the connection there are connections to the Bitrix sip server on ports 5060, the service sip was disabled as Bitrix requirements.

@Keffer

5060 is a connection and signaling port only. You need a range of UDP ports for voice, and only Bitrix support can tell you what it is. This is the range that needs to be passed.
