Hello everybody. In the current circumstances, there is a need to set up a personal vpn. I bought a vps and set up a vpn with no problems. (configured according to this tutorial https://pc-01.tech/wireguard-vpn/ ) However, I'm afraid that the server may go down and my ip will be displayed on the site, so the question is whether it is possible to somehow configure pure access to ip vps 'a? So that if the server went down, then I would be thrown out of the site. Now there is access to the site with my ip, but due to the current situation, my ip and account will be blocked in the future.

you can configure the system (for example in Android) so that Internet access occurs only if there is a VPN connection...
