How to open marker infoWindow with id on click on DOM element with identical id?

Example: There is an element with id - A, and a marker with id - A. Clicking on an element with this id should open a marker with the same id. After that, when you click on the button in the infoWindow, you need to change the icon of this marker

There are markers with addresses on this Google map. There is a side menu in which these addresses are presented. When you click on one of the addresses, you need to open a marker with the same address.
