How to open links like file:/// in IDE on click in Windows Terminal window?

We are talking about links from the stack trace, I would like to immediately go to the php/js/ts/html file in PhpStrom on click. Googling didn't lead to anything. The links themselves are highlighted in the terminal, but when CTRL+Click, nothing happens. At the same time, http / https links open normally in the browser. How to fix?
