How to open links like file:// in Google Chrome?

Good afternoon, there are web pages in which there are links like I noticed that in Google Chrome when you click on such links, nothing happens, googling it came to the conclusion that this is a measure for security There was a question, is it possible to disable this security in the settings or something like that ( only without the use of extensions ), because I have an Intranet network with group policies, AD and all that, and in theory I don’t need it, but I need to make links to the balls. Maybe ideally this setting is in the policies and I just didn’t notice it
