How to open jpg layout in Figma?

The layout is in the form of a photo in jpg format, you need to make it up, but how to load it into a figurine so that all styles (padding, font-size, etc.) are shown? I was able to upload it to Figma, but how do I open all the styles to start typesetting? Or is it simply impossible to do?

It can't be done) jpg is just a picture.
Ask for another format

The local project file in Figma has the .fig extension
