How to open hyperlink in Excel 2013 via https?

Hello!

I have a table in which, in one column, links to an api that returns a pdf file. When you click on this link in excel, via the http protocol, the file is downloaded and opened correctly, but if you use https, an error appears: "Cannot open ' https://link '. The specified file cannot be opened.
