How to open html file programmatically?

I have an android program that works with a db with the ability to create a report in html. How can I, after saving the file, knowing its full path, open it by clicking on the Action Snackbar?
It is the creation and configuration of the desired Intent that is of interest (I believe that it is not necessary to open it somehow). I know there are tons of examples, but I'm confused, please help

And why not open html with the built-in browser? It's easier. Or am I wrong?
