How to open heroku scheduler panel (seems to be blocking something)?

I just tried to go into the heroku scheduler, but it didn't work for me. in reply

Firefox is unable to connect to the addons-sso.heroku.com server.

Up to this point, everything worked. And now the old tasks are running, but the control panel is not included. Could it be related to telegram blocking?

If, when trying to open https://addons-sso.heroku.com in FF in a separate tab, it reacts, then the reason is different.
However, it looks like a blockage, because my scheduler opens, everything is fine.
The addons-sso.heroku.com resource sits on Amazon AWS.
