How to open csv file in Numbers programmatically via Python on MacOS?

There is a program that writes some data to csv file using python csv library. And the question is, is it possible somehow using Python on MacOS to programmatically open this file in Numbers. Tried using system library with os. But it gave an error that there was no right, there were some problems with subporccedor. Maybe somehow you can get around the problem of preventing the opening of the file, or maybe there are some other ways?
