How to open an https site on local?

Uploaded a working site https (bitrix cms) to the local area.
The browser swears at an insecure connection, and after clicking "go anyway" gives an error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS", how to fix it?

About unsafe - to establish the certificate.
About redirects - it's already necessary to pick your web server what and where it redirects. See the logs to get started.
