How to open an extract from Rosreestr?

Rosreestr, beloved by many, provides extracts in XML format, which often need to be printed in a human-readable form. How to do it? There are a lot of instructions on the net that may have worked at one time. But in the days of IE 11 and Windows 10, these guidelines are a little outdated.
Uploading the document back to the site and downloading the converted PDF version, especially when the number of documents per day is more than 1, is a dubious convenience.
Teaching the user to press F12, select the IE 7 document display mode, and re-drag the document into the window is not the best option. Therefore, the search for a solution was continued in the plane of the constant operation of the IE browser in IE 7 mode.
As it turned out, doing this is extremely simple: add a key pair to the registry, restart the computer to apply it, and you can work by opening a document in one click.
For IE 32-bit, the key looks like this:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION]
"iexplore.exe"=dword:00001b58

For IE 64-bit, the key looks like this:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION]
"iexplore.exe"=dword:00001b58

You can read more about emulation keys at this link . A document from Rosreestr will open correctly even in IE 8.
I hope this question and answer will be useful to someone :)
