Is there a File API polyfill to support constructors like IE10 or at least Edge?

Good day to all. In general, I'll be brief: I use the File() constructor to convert data from blob to file, but it is not supported in either IE10 or Edge. I tried to google polyfills, of the options found, only "give up on this idea and work directly with blob".
