How to open access to a Windows 7 Home Basic computer from the outside?

The computer does not respond to the real IP address either from the outside or from the local network, the firewall is disabled.

You need to look at the network settings - it can be "Home" or "Public". Switch to home, look in the sharing settings - there are a lot of items. Although, I don't remember if it was in NV.

Antivirus can interfere. My sister had a pre-installed Norton on her laptop, and nothing came out either, until they took it to hell. And just turning it off didn't help.

I would also like a screenshot of ipconfig ... do you have a gateway registered on the computer from which you are pinging?

As an option - install UltraVNC Server and forward port 5900 (if my memory serves me), and get access to the client installation of the same UltraVNC. And the machine should not seem to ping because of the router.

The firewall service can be disabled, but the firewall itself is enabled. Enable service, disable firewall, disable service.
