How to open a website with openvpn?

There are three files: with extensions .opvn, .p12, .key. I put it all in the openvpn/config folder. I clicked on start openvpn on this config file and the command line opened, where it asks to enter Username. Where can I get this username? There is a line in the .ovdn file with the name of the key file, there are such lines as nameauth-user-pass... Tell me, what should I do?

Option 1: Hire a specialist :)
Option 2: Download the openvpn documentation, study it, figure out what they sent (and most likely they sent a config for openvpn, a container with a key and a certificate, and for some reason the key separately) and configure himself.
