How to open a port on a server for outside access, nginx?

Installed elasticsearch on a server (nginx). When I go to it via sssh and make a request for a selection, then everything is fine. When I knock locally from the machine there with the same request through curl, only not on the localhost, but on another domain, then it gives the 7th error. Knocked with yii2, gave an error: Elasticsearch Database Exception - yii\elasticsearch\Exception
Elasticsearch request failed: 7 - Failed to connect to blabla.domen port 9200: Connection refused
