How to open a page from the Crome cache (Mac OS)?

There was a group in VK, then it closed, until I updated the page, everything was normal - all the content was there. After refreshing the page, everything is gone, you need to open the latest version of the page from the browser cache where all the content was, tell me how to do this? Are there any extensions / plugins / standard tools?
There are some files at the addresses below, but I don’t know how to open them.
