How to open a local site on a mobile device?

Hey!
Can you please tell me how to open a website on a PC using xampp?
The site itself is not in the htdocs folder. Locally I open test.lc Tried to open through an IP address of the PC, but the xampp page is loaded.
What manipulations need to be carried out?
