How to open a .ktm file?

Hi all.
Who knows what can open a file with the .ktm extension ? The file itself has the name MX (hereinafter a set of numbers, 15 pcs.).ktm.
Hint: This is one of the ECG (electrocardiogram) data files. It was possible to find out by viewing its "insides" through a disassembler.
I shoveled the Internet, googled with different requests, but I could not find any kind of "viewer" for this file.
Can anyone come across this? I would be grateful for a hint.

Have you tried Radiant DICOM Viewer ? This is a program for viewing the results of medical research in various formats.
