How to open a .doc file encrypted by another account?
The situation is as follows, the Word file was encrypted, after reinstalling Windows, it cannot be opened.
In properties - security added my account, with full access, but it does nothing.
In properties - attributes it is worth encrypting the content to protect data , it is not possible to uncheck the box, it says that you need to have administrator rights or an error is denied access.
If you go into detail, you can see that the owner is an account before reinstalling Windows.
It does not allow adding access for the current account (certificate), similar to an access error.
Is it actually possible to open / access it somehow, and how to do it?

in short - use a backup copy of the certificate of the account that encrypted the file.
if this was not done before reinstalling Windows, the file cannot be decrypted.
in windows 10, when you first start encrypting a file, you are prompted to create such a certificate. in earlier OS, if my memory serves me, this was also the case.
