In Bitrix24, access to contacts, companies, stage deals and leads is defined separately.
This means that the concept of "hidden contact associated with the transaction" does not exist in principle. There is simply a contact to which you either have access or not.

Or how to make a contact not hidden?

Based on the message above, there are several ways:
1) Give the user access to read contacts (he will see all contacts, including not his own, or his own + his department - there are many different combinations).
2) Make the contact public (the contact will be seen by everyone who has the right to do so).
3) Make the user responsible for this contact.
