How to offer a job to a web developer?
Good afternoon!
Not being a handhunter, I faced the need to invite a programmer to the staff to solve certain problems. Hung up on HH announcement. The response is very weak.
But the tasks are absolutely standard: the creation and development of web projects based on Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP.
We have a small site that we need to develop + create new sites + (in the future) lead an external team in creating the portal. I perfectly understand that development requires a lot of time, so we try to correctly set and distribute tasks. Moreover, the programmer will be directly involved in choosing the method and technology for solving problems according to his own experience.
Office in the center of Moscow, remote work (95% of the time). Salary 100 thousand rubles into white. Full rate, registration according to TD.
I understand that in the market, on average, the demand for the services of a web programmer exceeds the supply. But I'm not looking for a super professional with an hourly dollar salary. Rather, I'm looking for someone who is good enough in basic technology to quickly solve standard problems - and is ready to raise his level when solving non-standard problems.

Interesting and large projects- sounds very formal. Write about projects.
По вашей вакансии специалисту видно, что вы хотите затянуть его в болото. Это и госшарага, и то, что html и css у вас - языки программирования, и то, что, внезапно, для работы с Wordpress стало требоваться высшее образование...
Видно, что никаких интересных задач и развития он у вас не дождётся и, скорее всего, даже коллег у него не будет.
Если у вас на самом деле всё не так, то отразите это в вакансии.
Думается что 90% кандидатов отпугивает требование вышки, а остальные 10% сливаются на словах "Дружный молодой коллектив". Так и стоит перед глазами комната с 3 студентами прикованными цепями к батарее.
Не являясь хендхантером- кем?
Поймайте программиста Wordpress и спросите у него, что вы делаете не так.

А мне нравится описание вакансии. :)
Могу посоветовать использовать не только НН, но и другие сайты.
Что может отпугнуть:
1. Как ни странно - ГБУ. Вроде как и хорошо, но есть некоторый осадочек...
2. Связка WP - крупные проекты - ГБУ - набор компетенций... Странненько...
А еще - лето... :)
