How to notify AdBlock users when important content is blocked on the site?

We provide many sites with their own car rental affiliate program. Affiliate program occupies a whole page and is installed via iframe.
Users began to complain that they do not see the affiliate program on the site pages. It turned out that AdBlock cuts our entire affiliate program.
It is impossible to add all our partner sites to the AdBlock white list.
I would like for AdBlock users to write something like "AdBlock is blocking the display of our car booking form. Please disable the AdBlock extension for this site."
How can I do that?

Contact the developers of filters to block ads. And ask them to somehow solve the problem. They will help if your affiliate program is not an advertisement.
