How to normally view a site from a PC with a phone simulation?

I’m making a website, I check it for adaptability through quirktools.com, it looks perfect, I go from a mobile phone and for some reason it doesn’t look like it does on the website for verification. Mb who explain how to look through the browser so that it was 100% mobile screen?

Only emulators inside the SDK can give 100%
