How to normalize the work of a Chinese SSD at 100% load from outside?

I ordered an SSD with a capacity of 1TB on Ali. Arrived, checked, initialized - working. I looked through CrystalDiskInfo, it seems to be 100%, completely new. Since I took it in order to throw games on it, I decided to immediately download some GTA V and other rubbish. Downloaded - works. It was occupied 136GB . I decide to download something else and see that the download speed has dropped to 0, and the load on the SSD is 100%. After the restart, everything stabilizes, but the situation repeats itself. I decide to upload a 500MB file to the disk - the same as when loading the game. The load does not drop even when the operation is cancelled. I checked the disk with Viktoria 1 (read speed reached no more than 501MB / s). Scanned completely up to 1TB, did not find any errors. I decided to format the disk and try to upload something again. This time I was able to score it at 184GB , after which the speed drops to zero again, and the load drops to a hundred. Again checked with different utilities - nothing.
I used guides from the Internet and YouTube on disabling services, changing the size of the paging file, changing the priority of processes and disabling the antivirus. But all the articles and videos talked about the case when the system is on a loaded disk, and I simply have nothing to load it with, except for downloading files.
As a result, now I’m thinking: maybe the problem is in the controller itself, is it worth flashing? I only know the controller number (RTS5732DLQ) , serial number, etc., but not the manufacturer. It's not listed anywhere(Although on the controller itself there is some kind of crab with the inscription RMC, but these are controllers for refrigerators ._.) . On the body only the inscription SATA III Solid Drive. If anyone knows how to find the firmware if only this information is known? Maybe someone knows where to find the application with the firmware? I only know SSDMP, but it flashes up to 256GB (it was tested on another Chinese terabyte colleague, since it was not detected at all after loads, but resurrected after the firmware).

Better not experiment with the left firmware.
Does the drive get hot? Something seems to me that from the load it warms up and then problems appear.
Try to fill it with files up to 100%, I don’t know if this is relevant now, but before the Chinese used to sell 128 GB flash drives, which only fit 16 (because the flash drive is 16, but the modified firmware displays it as 128).

For now, I agree with the version - overheating ...
if when there is a load on it - leave it and not touch it? does he sag?
