How to navigate between monitors in MacBook Pro?

Good day to all.
This is such a stupid question.
Worked before on a poppy without a second (external) monitor. This question didn't come up. Now I connected the monitor (via Mini DisplayPort to Vga) Everything is super, everything works. I move between desktops within the same monitor without problems (using the keyboard). But I can’t find how to quickly move (move focus) to another monitor.
Is there such a possibility?

Obviously, you don’t need the monitor itself (look at the wallpaper?), but an application on its desktop, so switch to this application. How else?
