I haven't tinkered with Joomla for a long time, but there are still people who use it. There was a problem - you need to move the block with comments to the bottom of the page. Now it turns out that first comes the material, then the comments, and then a bunch of some other blocks, and only then the footer. Due to the lack of intelligible manuals on this topic, I have already lost a day, and things are still there. Tell me: how can I move the comment block? As I understand it: you need to get into the layout, but for some reason there is no clear design: how Joomla understands where to insert the block. Unlike the same Drupal, where you can move blocks across the page - here is some kind of complete ambush.

I made it on js - I just glued it with another block. Works!
