How to move Gentoo installation from hdd to ssd?

Actually, the Lenovo X230 laptop has a lovingly tuned Gentoo. I want to replace hdd with ssd without losing the system - re-install-configure for myself for a very long time. Hdd I can slip into the system (also with Linux), I will insert ssd into the laptop. And what to do next? dd? rsync? Or is there some simple way that I don't know about?

dump/restore. I think it's a fairly simple way.
