How to move from Python back-end to Unity development?

Hello. I have always had an interest in game development and have been developing my crafts a lot, first in pascal, then LUA, then Unity, sometimes I try other engines: Godot Engine, a little Unrial Engine. Then he took up freelancing, mainly writing parsers in C#. I got a job in the office and worked on the back-end on Python Django, so I worked for 1.3 years and returned to freelance, also Django, but for one foreign project and worked there for about 2 years. My resume contains only python.
Now I want to switch to game dev Unity as a developer, I understand that most of the game dev is mobile development, but this will suit me, but my responses to hh are at best viewed by resumes and that's it. I respond to various vacancies, incl. and junior level. My question is: what do those looking for Unity developers look for? Perhaps you need to have mobile games in the app store / play market in your portfolio?
The question is not about salary, because. I lose a lot in this regard when changing the direction of activity, I am ready to put up with it.
I am attaching it to the cover letter on hh as an example of code - https://github.com/gangashman/Ganga-RTS , maybe crooked screens repel)

You can look for offices where python is used on the server, and then within the company, switch from the server to the game dev itself.

@HellWalk

Make a couple of your games on Unity, let them be on cubes, but with interesting mechanics written by you.
+ sample C# code on github.
For a junior position, this should be enough, IMHO.
