How to move Debian to a Windows SSD while uninstalling Windows?

I have an old PC, there is Debian and Windows, Debian was already used and configured. But the one who installed Debian for some reason left Windows on ssd and installed Debian on HDD. Maybe someone knows how to kill Windows and transfer Debian to its place?

GPart Live. Kill sections with Windows from it. Create partitions on SSD and FS on them For Debian. Then rsync (or GParted itself; I have not tried it myself, but there is such a function) to copy the old Debian and install the bootloader.
