How to move Bootmgr to system partition?

One evening I turned on the computer, and it simply did not start, referring to the missing bootmrg. For about a day I unsuccessfully tried to solve this problem (reinstalling Windows, resetting the BIOS, experimenting with diskpart - everything was in vain). Now I somehow miraculously started the system (only by changing the BIOS settings) and found in the "Disk Management" section that the disk that is exclusively used as file storage (let's call it X:\) is marked as "System, Swap File, Active" and at its root are the boormrg files and all related files, and the drive where the system is installed (C:\) displays "Booting, Active, Crash Dump". Why this happened is not clear, the question is: how to return the whole thing to its usual form?

When you installed Windows, you may have misordered the disks in your system.
In BIOS Setup, set the disk order so that the Windows (bootable) disk comes first. In order to install it as bootable. It is advisable to disable booting from all other devices, such as CD / DVD / Floppy / USB, but this is an amateur and for your tasks.
Once you set your Windows drive as bootable, boot Windows Setup and drive or USB, run auto troubleshooting, it will find the problem that there is no bootmgr on the boot drive and fix everything.
