How to create a folder with what I call " quarantine mode ".
That is, a folder that you can freely enter, but interact with the PC , directly from the folder, without a password, or the like. - it is impossible, or so that if you move the program there, it, in turn, could not interact with the PC from there , without proper permission (password, etc.) Thank you in advance!

I didn't quite understand the purpose, but you probably need a sandbox like Sandboxie
Windows 10 has its own kind of sandbox, but IMHO, it's not usable.
