How to move apps between windows 10 desktops using the keyboard?

In Linux, this feature is enabled by default. How to do the same for Windows?
If it is impossible to move applications using hotkeys in the default desktops, can you tell me which application can be used to do this?

Dozens of native means - no idea, and not the fact that this is even possible. I use VirtuaWin and the hotkeys are configured there.
