How to move app widgets randomly in the panel?

Hello everyone, the question seems simple to me, how to move application widgets in a random order on the panel? When I try to move via RMB ->Panel Edit mode, the firefox calculator and other widgets move together - fixed.

If I understand correctly, then this:
RMB (on the calculator icon, for example) > Preferences > Configure > Panel > Enable app button dragging
