Own styles are still clear, but what about plugin styles?
If you use autoptimize, then all styles are collected in one file, but displayed in the site header.

Autoptimize is the best! You can load styles in the footer, but to avoid problems with the display of the design, create critical CSS and paste it into Autoptimize (textarea area)
